Responsibilities:
Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance existing or new client programs including short- and long-range planning, construction and renovation projects, preventative and corrective maintenance, energy management, grounds and landscaping, and janitorial.
Our ideal candidate will:
Be responsible for tracking and reporting CMMS procedures to General Manager Maintain and develop client relationships and client satisfaction to ensure account retention Ensure contractual obligations are met Assist Project Manager on Construction projects as needed Manage inventory Assist General Manager with human resource procedures, including but not limited to, employee terminations, and constructive counseling Ensure compliance with all regulations as well as established Sodexo and client policies and procedures Utilize software to track trends, manage work orders, and quality of work Manage inventory of client and Sodexo-owned parts and equipment Establish and promote a safe work environment for employees, faculty staff and students by providing and scheduling safety-related training and equipment maintenance and complying with Sodexo safety and loss prevention programs and procedures for the handling and or storage of hazardous materials and waste Working for Sodexo:

Position
Summary:
Back up to GM; 2nd in command; Supervises the account as the #2 manager and has full responsibility including supervision of other managers.
Responsible for entire account when the Director of Facilities Ops is not present.
Two scenarios for this position in Univ.
:
A) Has all facilities rolling up - Custodial / maintenance and grounds, and FM who reports to GM; very large integrated operation.
B) Mega account - multiple managers of maintenance; PM function; other specific managers - unifying position.
Key Duties- Manage other managers; manage by walking around (rounding); Staffs, trains, and is responsible for employee development- client interface; - payroll oversight;- budgetary oversight on some services; - Oversees and coordinates projects- Manages work orders/CMMS- Manages mechanicals (i.
