The primary function of this position is the responsibility of the weekly processing of payroll, maintaining both associate and payroll records, and adhering to FLSA regulations.
Other responsibility within the Human Resources department includes recruiting, associate relations, social media and benefit administration and training.
Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews are other vital responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience in benefits and compensation or a degree in human resources.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to objectively help to resolve problems of a complex nature, coach associates through difficult or emotional issues, with professional composure.
Maintain confidentiality information.
Knowledge of employment, payroll and benefit laws and regulations.
